Municipal Court
Beginning, Mar. 1, 2023 all traffic court and non-traffic court will be held at Heman Park Community Center, 975 Pennsylvania Ave, University City, MO 63130.These hearings will be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
All trial and housing dockets will continue to be held at University City City Hall in the Chambers, 6801 Delmar. Blvd, 5th Floor, University City, MO 63130. Trials are held on the first, second and third Wednesday of each month. Housing dockets are held on Fridays at 1p.m.

- Tickets that were written on a uniform citation can be paid through CaseNet. Use the nine numbers located in the top right of the citation as your case number.
Parking tickets (tickets left on your vehicle) can be paid online through IPayCourt. Click here to pay your parking ticket.
- The numbers located behind the letter "P" on your ticket is the ticket/case number. The registered owner of the vehicle is the defendant.

Municipal Court/Violations Bureau payments are accepted in our drop box at one of the following locations:
- Heman Park Community Center 975 Pennsylvania Ave
- 6801 Delmar Blvd (in the front entrance of the Temporary Police Department)
Please put your payment or correspondence inside an envelope and print your name and address on the front of the envelope to receive a receipt. Please do not seal the envelope.
Court Dates & COVID-19
Court dates that were cancelled between March 17, 2020 and June 2, 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic are in the process of being rescheduled. A notice of your new court date will be mailed to you at the address on file with the court. If you have an address change, please notify this Court by mail or email.

Contacting the Clerk's Office
In preparation for Court on the scheduled days, the Clerk's office phone line closes at noon. Please listen to the message for directions. The Clerk's office in-person services will close at 2 p.m., except for the Friday docket, services end at noon.
