At what age can youth use the fitness area?
Youth may use the fitness area at the age of 12 and 13 after successful completion of our Parent/Child Fitness Orientation Class. A parent must accompany youth ages 12 and 13 at all times when they are working out.
The free weight area is open to youth ages 14 and 15 after successful completion of our Youth fitness orientation class.
An Adult Fitness Orientation, for ages 16 and older is designed to help participants become familiar with the fitness area. This orientation provides instruction on the proper technique for using cardio, selectorized and free weight equipment.
