1. What are the hours of operation for Heman Park Swimming Pool?

For the 2017 season, the Pool hours are as follows:
Lap Swim
May 27–September 4
Monday – Sunday, 6 - 9pm
(Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays)
Public Swim
May 27–September 4
Monday - Thursday
9 am - 8 pm
Friday
12 – 8 pm
(Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays)

2. What are the hours of operation for the University City Natatorium?

The hours of operation at the Natatorium are as follow:
Public Swimming at the Natatorium is available throughout the school year.

September 5, 2017 to May 25, 2018 .
Morning Lap Swim:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 6 - 8am.
Tues. and Thurs., 7 - 9am.

Based on University City School District calendar, swimming sessions will not be available on several dates when school is not in session. Please refer to the current Recreation Guide for specific dates. In case of inclement weather or emergency situations, swimming session cancelations will be posted at the Natatorium entrance.

3. What do I need to use the Natatorium?

Admission to the Natatorium is limited to individuals with Centennial Commons memberships (residents and nonresidents), or individuals with a Daily Visit Pass or combined Swim Pass. All passes and memberships may be purchased at Centennial Commons, 7210 Olive Blvd.

4. Do you offer swim lessons?

Yes, swim lessons as well as private swim lessons are available during the summer at Heman Park Swimming Pool. A complete listing of swim lessons, activities and programs are available in our annual summer brochure or on our web site.

5. Can Non-Residents use Heman Park Swimming Pool?

Non-residents may use the Heman Park Swimming Pool several ways: they can become a Centennial Commons member which gives full access to Heman Pool, purchase an annual swim pass or purchase a nonresident ID card ($7-regardless of age). Admission (with ID card): $6 for youths/seniors; $7 for adults

6. What about out-of-town visitors?

Discount guest cards are available for residents to purchase for out-of-town visitors who are here for extended periods. For 10 guest visits, the cost is $56. Card holder must accompany their guest. contact Centennial Commons (314-505-8625) for more information.

7. If I am not going to swim, do I still have to pay to come into the pool?

Yes, you must pay to enter the Heman Park Swimming Pool facility.
