OverviewOur Heman Park Community Center is available for rental by both residents and non-residents, and may accommodate a variety of events. The facility includes two meeting halls that can be converted into one large room, has a fully functional kitchen, and is accessible for all individuals. |

Rental InformationIt is available for rental Fridays after 6 pm and Saturdays and Sundays; with rental hours on the weekends from 7:00 am until 1:00 am. Prices vary according to residency status and discounted prices are available for non-profit organizations. For detailed information, please select "Community Center Info Sheet" above. ReservationsReservations (by appointment only) are taken on a first-come first served basis and must be made at least 30 days in advance. At least 50% of the facility rental is required to hold a date. The remaining fees and a refundable security deposit are due 30 days before your event. Time Rate InformationThe Heman Park Community Center is rented for a minimum of four hours of time (minimum of five hours on Saturdays); an hourly rate is applied for each additional hour thereafter. When renting the Community Center, please keep in mind that you will be charged for the time you are in the building from set-up to clean-up, and that time needs to be taken into account when you consider the rate you will be charged. |
